At Meno è Meglio Gelato, we take pride in the art of traditional Italian gelato making not in a factory, but with our own hands. We skip the dyes, preservatives, and pre-packaged fluff and instead use whole foods from scratch. Selecting local farms who have a relationship with their herds is essential to ensure the purity and honesty in each scoop. As the seasons turn, so do our artisanal flavors. We do not offer an endless amount of flavors but a carefully curated selection – when fresh ingredients meet inspiration. Leonardo DaVinci says, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” At Meno è Meglio Gelato, we agree!

Hey there! I'm Jimmy and I own Parker's on Fall in Seneca Falls, NY! Since returning from Italy, I have been interested in the science behind gelato making and want to bring this culinary experience to the Finger Lakes. When I am not attending to business needs, you can find me rooting for the Buffalo Bills (Go Bills!), playing with the animals, and enjoying a cool dip in the lake. I am a native of Seneca Falls with Italian heritage and want to honor that heritage by bringing the best gelato to you!
Hey gelato lovers! My name is Monica, owner of Meno è Meglio Gelato and RN turned gelato enthusiast! I am whole heartedly committed to creating TRUE artisanal gelato with the freshest, most pure ingredients I can get my hands on. While I am away from the lab, you can find me playing with my dog and 2 kitties, working a good sweat at the gym, or spending time with my beloved family and friends. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, I have traveled the states as a travel RN, exploring and learning along the way!
