Who says vegan gelato isn't as tasty as regular gelato? We believe that vegan gelato can and should be just as delicious. We use a variety of different nuts, rice, and oats to satisfy those with a sweet tooth while adhering to a vegan lifestyle.

From honeycomb to coconut sugar, we use a variety of different sugars to provide you with just the right amount of sweet in your scoop.

Coffee beans, brownie crumbles, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, sweet corn! Like you, we like variety too! Experimentation is at the heart of our process.

Dark or Milk Chocolate, which do you prefer? We use both in the lab and source from well established brands with great reputations. We love Valrhona and Callebaut for their high quality, single origin cocoa.

Local Produce 

In addition to dairy, we source our produce from local farms in the NY area. Although we love to travel. we prefer that our produce doesn't! Of course, there are always exceptions (NY is too darn cold for citrus!) but we make every effort to bring the brightest produce to your scoop.

Dairy

We work with local farms in NY to source the freshest milk and cream for our dairy based gelatos. We use A2 milk and cream which for some, is easier to digest than regular milk. Our goal is to work with small farms and farmers who have a relationship with their herd in order to bring wholesome flavors to our customers.
